Position Summary
The Inhouse Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the execution of commercial activities and customer orders across the sales lifecycle. The role acts as a key operational interface between customers, Sales, and internal departments to ensure accurate contract execution, order processing, delivery coordination, and payment follow-up.
The position supports assigned customers and sales teams by managing commercial administration, coordinating internal processes, maintaining accurate system data, and ensuring timely communication throughout the order fulfilment process.

Reports to Regional Sales Director (EU) and Sales Support Officer (HQ)
Major Responsibilities
Commercial & Order Execution
- Support the execution of customer contracts from contract signature through delivery completion and payment collection
- Coordinate order processing, production planning, shipment arrangements, and delivery follow-up
- Monitor order status and provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders
- Support customer enquiries related to order execution, delivery schedules, and contract fulfilment
- Support Sales teams and customers by preparing and coordinating commercial and technical documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments to address customer requirements, technical clarifications, after-sales topics, and contractual matters
- Assist with quotation updates, customer documentation, and commercial follow-up activities
- Maintain professional communication with assigned customers and internal stakeholders throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM, ERP, and other business systems
- Ensure contract, order, shipment, and customer information is properly documented and recorded
- Support reporting requirements, sales administration activities, and operational data management
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales support processes and operational efficiency
- Work closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, Technical, Customer Service, and Headquarters teams to ensure smooth order execution
- Support issue resolution and escalation management related to contract execution and customer deliveries
- Participate in internal meetings, customer meetings, exhibitions, and other business activities as required
