Head of HR & Admin

Your mission

  1. Payroll management, employee outsourcing, HR data management, and handling tax and social security matters 
  2. Designing, implementing, and continuously optimizing HR policies, recruitment frameworks, and internal processes in line with legal compliance and market best practices 
  3. Providing solutions in compensation & benefits, performance management, learning & development, and talent review 
  4. Working closely with the Head of Europe to develop and implement regional strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. 
  5. Partnering with HRBP to implement HQ or group-level HR initiatives locally 
  6. Analyzing market data and business needs to enhance organizational effectiveness 
  7. Acting as a key HR advisor for HQ stakeholders and business leaders 
  8. Full ownership of team budget planning and cost control 
  9. Overall responsibility for office operations and administrative management, including process optimization, team leadership, and internal coordination 

Your profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  2. 5 or more years of experience in HR and office management, a certain understanding of IT infrastructure.
  3. Native level in Chinese, fluent English. 
  4. Strong ability to work independently and pro-actively develop this position.
  5. Strong time-management and people skills, high degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking ability.
  6. Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems, advanced computer skills and experience with online platforms..
  7. Strictly maintain confidentiality of company information.
