Your mission
- Prepare and verify monthly payroll input data, including attendance records, new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, and leave records.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and aligned with legal requirements.
Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, scheduling interviews, candidate communication, and pre-onboarding tasks.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires and exiting employees.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws.
Support the administration of employee benefits, leave tracking, attendance, and performance review processes.
Assist with employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.
Prepare regular HR reports and data analysis for management.
Ensure HR policies and practices are followed and updated according to legal and organizational requirements.
Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related inquiries and provide timely support or solutions.
