Your mission

Scope of work

We are looking for an analytical and tech-savvy Business Intelligence Intern to join our team. As a BI Intern, you will play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to support business decision-making. This internship provides hands-on experience with BI tools and techniques, enabling you to develop insights that drive performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources to support business objectives.
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Support the development and automation of data pipelines to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics and deliver actionable insights.
Help in identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to improve business processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide relevant solutions.
Document processes, methodologies, and findings for internal use.

Your profile

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, Power Automate, and VBA for data manipulation and automation
Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
Familiarity with SQL for querying and managing data
Strong communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders
Experience with data visualization and storytelling
Understanding of databases, data warehouses, and ETL processes
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis is a plus
Knowledge of statistical methods or predictive modeling is an advantage
Fluency in Chinese is mandatory
