Your mission
You will work proactively under the guidance of our HR-Admin Manager for Spain and collaborate closely with the EU HR-Admin team. Multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize effectively will be essential to maintaining the high standards expected in our office and for our team. You will also have the opportunity to engage with other local office functions within the larger JA Solar community.
Your responsibilities:
- Administrative support: Handle accounts payable and vendor communications efficiently.
- Travel coordination: Arrange team and executive travel, including flights, hotels, meals, and transportation, while handling last-minute changes.
- Office management: Maintain office facilities, supplies, and filing systems to ensure a seamless experience for the team and visitors.
- Service contracts and benefits: Negotiate with suppliers, and handle general contracts and insurance claims. Propose cost-effective solutions.
- External communications: Handle calls, mail, visitor interactions, correspondence, calendars, and expense reports.
- HR assistance: Assistance in teleworking and attendance control policies. Streamline onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Event coordination: Hands-on role in team-building activities.
- Ad hoc projects: Provide IT guidance and assist with ad hoc initiatives.
