Your mission
1. Process Design & SOP Development
- Define and document business processes, workflows, and SOPs from scratch.
- Develop scalable, standardized, and efficient operating models aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure process compliance with regulatory, quality, and operational standards.
- Act as the process owner for key business functions, ensuring execution and accountability.
- Establish process governance frameworks and ensure adherence across teams.
- Monitor and optimize business processes to drive efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with department heads to align processes with strategic business goals.
- Facilitate discussions, workshops, and process mapping sessions with key stakeholders.
- Act as a moderator in operational decision-making, ensuring alignment and conflict resolution.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between IT, Operations, Finance, and other departments.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops to educate teams on new SOPs.
- Address resistance to change and drive a culture of process ownership and continuous improvement.
- Define KPIs and metrics to assess process effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Implement tools and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, etc.) to drive improvements.
- Continuously refine and enhance processes based on data-driven insights and feedback.
