Intern Business Intelligence/ Business Analyst (Data Management)

Your mission

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our team. This role involves analyzing business needs, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting solution development and implementation, collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to support business decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources to support business objectives.
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Create workflows, process diagrams, and documentation.
Assist in collecting and organizing data from various sources within the organization.
Help maintain and update data storage systems, ensuring data is easily accessible and secure.
Verify and validate data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Assist in identifying and resolving data discrepancies or errors.

Your profile

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing data
Basic knowledge of data management principles and best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data organization and analysis
Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, Power Automate, and VBA for data manipulation and automation
Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and managing data
