HR & Administration Manager

Your mission

Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures for the Spanish legal entity from JA Solar.
Design and implement effective training and development plans for the colleagues based in Southern, Western and South-West Europe from JA Solar.
Support on recruitment and talent selection; main point of contact for external service providers.
Creation of monthly payroll statements including the correction of possible errors, advice to colleagues on issues relating to payroll accounting, social security, tariff and tax law.
Coordination of onboarding and offboarding processes and maintenance of digital personnel files.
Ensure office efficiency by maintaining common areas, organizing procedures, handling correspondence, managing file systems, and overseeing supplies and equipment.
Oversee day-to-day office activities as main point of contact in reception area, sourcing all kinds of items needed for the Spanish office and manage them.
Provide direct administrative and IT support as needed, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events; booking travel; maintaining file systems; mailing and shipping packages; updating contacts database; employee lists and setup account.

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
3 or more years of experience in HR and office management.
Native level in Spanish and fluent English.
Strong ability to work independently and pro-actively develop this position.
Understanding of IT infrastructure.
Strong time-management and people skills, high degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking ability.
Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems, advanced computer skills and experience with online platforms.
